SHIPPING

Artists, designers & VVOVVA aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however products available on a backorder take longer to deliver. Therefore please make sure to check the Shipping Policy of each item. Shipping fares are varied per brand and displayed at the checkout. Currently, we are shipping only within the European Union.

Please understand that VVOVVA is operated together with contemporary artists and designers.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Please be aware there may be import duty taxes applied on goods into your country and for which VVOVVA is not responsible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

VVOVVA did the very best to make all product images display as accurately as possible, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please return items in a new condition to the address indicated on a Shipping Label. Artists, designers & VVOVVA do quality control and make sure to check for any faults before shipping to customers. If you’ve received an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at: info@vvovva.com

If you are willing to return an item please send it back to returning address as quickly as possible and in its original package, to ensure that it will be safely delivered back*. Boxes are considered as a part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

* 30 days — maximum time for returns.

! Please note: made-to-measure and custom-made items can not be returned. Always check the description of each product to see the additional brand’s policy.

CANCELLATION

You must notify VVOVVA in writing of your wish to cancel the contract for your entire order within 7 working days of receiving your items: info@vvovva.com

We ask you to make sure to return all items unused, in their original condition, and from the country that the order was delivered to. We will refund the full value of your order, including shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. If we do not receive the canceled order, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.
